The Lions Club of New Albany is having two fundraisers to help raise money for people with vision impairments. 

Orders are being taken now for bags of pecan halves. The pecans will be shipped around November 15 and the flavors are roasted, plain, and there will be some assorted bags. The cost is $8 for one bag of pecan halves. 

Visitors to New Albany can go back in time to the good ol’ days of washing clothes on a washboard, shucking their own corn, shelling their own peas, and more a the ninth annual Heritage Pioneer Days.

Boys & Girls Clubs of North Mississippi is once again asking local celebrities to put on their dancing shoes to raise funds for the kids of Boys and Girls Clubs of North Mississippi.
