New Albany 60 Lafayette 25
The Bulldogs gave new meaning to the saying kick them while they're down, as New Albany easily handled the winless Commodores of Lafayette, 60-25 Monday night.
New Albany opened the game strong, and held the 'Dores scoreless in the first frame, while piling on 15 points, led by Malcolm Spears' two three pointers.
Spears opened the second with another three, and Lafayette scored their first basket at the 5:10 mark in the second, as a field goal by Demarius Madkins made it 19-3.
