Aspriona Gilbert was a force down low with 31 points, and the Lady Eagles had no response.
Down 39-20 at the half, foul trouble allowed West Union to slightly ease back into the game, cutting Myrtle's lead to 15 after three.
A technical foul to open the fourth gave the momentum back to Myrtle as they went on for the win.
