James H. Sowell, 392 Houpt Rd., Pontotoc, 35, was charged with a DUI-other and no insurance on Jan. 24, 2009, at 6:40 p.m.

Scott May, 683 Barrett Ridge Rd., Saltillo, 37, was charged with a DUI, careless driving, suspended license, possession of beer, public profanity, no seatbelt and no proof of insurance on Jan. 24, 2009, at 8:20 p.m.
