STATE OF MISSISSIPPI COUNTY OF UNION SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE WHEREAS, on December 20, 2010 Ricardo A. Navarro executed a Deed of Trust to John W. Haynes, IV, Trustee for benefit of Larry J. Roberts, with Chris A. Childers being appointed Substitute of Trustee on the 9th day of May, 2013, by instrument recorded in the Office of the Union County Chancery Clerk as Instrument Number 2012001687 filed for record on the 13 day of May, 2013, which Deed of Trust being of record in the Office of the Union County Chancery Clerk executed on December 20, 2010 and filed on December 20, 2010 as Instrument Number 2010004658; and WHEREAS default having been made in the payment of indebtedness secured by said Deed of Trust the holders of the Deed of Trust having made all attempts to contact Ricardo A. Navarro; and WHEREAS the under signed Substitute Trustee by default having been made in payment and the holders of the note and Deed of Trust having requested to do so, I will, on the 13th day of June, 2013 offer for sale at public outcry and sell during the legal hours of 11:00 a.m. and 4:00p.m. at the front door of the County Courthouse in Union County, Mississippi for cash to the highest bidder the following described property and land lying and being situated in Union County, Mississippi: Beginning at the West side of public road where said public road crosses the South boundary of the North half of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26, Township 6 South, Range 2 East, and run thence in a Northerly direction along the West side of said road a distance of 305 feet for a point of beginning; thence North along the West side of said road a distance of 115 feet; thence run West 210 feet; thence run South 115 feet; thence run East a distance of 210 feet to the point of beginning.
