Public Service Commissioner Brandon Presley announced today that the Mississippi Public Service Commission has received $6,000 from a settlement regarding alleged violations of the No Call Law by Diabetic Resource Group of Arizona.
The settlements paid were related to investigatory costs involving complaints the PSC received.
Presley said the Commision is commited to stopping the solicitations which are a nuisance and an invasion of consumer’s privace.
