Sammy Neal Flake, 54, of Ripley, died Wednesday, May 6, 2009, at Baptist Memorial Hospital-North Mississippi. He was disabled.
Graveside services were Saturday, May 9, 2009, at 2 p.m. at Blue Mountain Cemetery with Bro. J.C. Hall officiating. McBride Funeral Home of Ripley is in charge of arrangements.
