Northeast schedules open football tryouts

Northeast Mississippi Community College’s football program will hold an open tryout on Monday, April 11 at 1:30 p.m. at the practice field adjacent to Tiger Stadium on the Booneville campus.
 
Prospective athletes must bring their own equipment and tryouts will incorporate a full pad workout as well.
 
Players will be judged on their 40-yard dash times, vertical jump, shuttle run as well as overall knowledge of the game.
 
All interested parties must have proof of insurance and proof of a recent physical to tryout.
