Union County was well represented in the Northeast Mississippi Basketball Coaches Association (NEMBCA) All-Star games last Saturday at Northeast Community College. Four athletes helped lead their respective West teams to wins, with one tying a record in the 1A/2A girls match-up.
Maggie Cobb of Ingomar, along with Amber Johnson and Merica Turner tied the record for most three-pointers in a game, as the West rolled 83-48. Cobb finished with 15 points in the game.
East Union's Stephanie Dillard also participated in the game and finished with six points.
