The folks at the New Albany Sportsplex are some of my favorites in the county, so any opportunity I have to work with them, I take it. When Johnny Epting approached me about helping out in the concession stands, I thought this would be a great opportunity for everyone to see the work involved in preparing food for the numerous sporting events at the Sportsplex.
