Now that cross country season is underway in the area, I find it best to bring up a subject that affects many home-schooled runners in the area.
The Spartans cross country team is well-known and produces several talented runners. Under the direction of former Blue Mountain College coach Heather Duley, this group is made up of home-schooled students from several North Mississippi counties, including Union.
