Cold weather is still here, but it’s time to get our lawns ready for the spring and summer seasons. Those nasty weeds that make our lawns look so bad can be gotten under control. For most of us who grow Bermuda, Centipede, Zoysia, St. Augustine, and tall fescue in our yards, it’s time to spray with per-emergence herbicide. There are several good ones out there, just be sure to read the label and follow the directions closely. I like to get this done by the first week in March to try to control summer annual weeds.
