Funeral arrangements set for Tay Elliott

Funeral arrangements have been made for former New Albany High School football star  Tainarien Mykale (Tay) Elliott. 

Elliot’s body was discovered around 7 a.m. Wednesday, July 4,  approximately 300 yards from the waters where he went missing Monday afternoon, according to Panama City Beach Police.
