Ingomar saw Bruce take 2-0 lead before the Flacons got their bats fired up to rally for a 4-2 victory over the 2A Trojans on Friday.
Josh Hodges sparked the rally when he reach on a one-out error and advanced to third on a double from Preston Broom. Tanner McCollum tied the game with a double to plate Hodges and Broom before giving the Falcons a one-run lead when he scored on a Tyler Jarvis single.
Clay Kidd tacked on an insurance run in the fifth when he reached on a two-out single and came around to score on a single by Broom.
Hodges picked up the win by striking out 14 of 28 batters faced while giving up 3 hits in seven innings of work. The Falcons strung together six hit together while some of the starters were still breaking in their cleats after stepping off the hardwood the night before taking to the diamond.
The Falcons fell to 1-1 on the season after dropping a decision to rival North Pontotoc 13-2 on Saturday.
