Brewer, requesting the Chancery Court of Union County, Mississippi, Quiet and Confirm Title to the following property located and situated in Union County, Mississippi: A strip of land 15 feet wide along the North side of the hereinafter described tract: A tract in the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 7 South, Range 2 East, containing 13.65 acres, more or less, better described as follows: Begin at the Northeast corner of the Southeast Quarter of Section 12, Township 7 South, Range 2 East, proceed due West 1295.0 feet to a stake for a point of beginning; proceed due West 1036.0 feet to a stake; thence South 893.6 feet to an iron stake; thence East 1036.0 feet to a stake; thence North 890.7 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to the owners and their successors and assigns of the following Union County Tax Parcel Numbers to use the fifteen (15) foot strip along their North boundary and West to the Eastern termination of Saint Mary Road, a city street for legal access as an implied easement or easement of necessity. You are summoned to appear and defend against the complaint or petition filed by the Plaintiffs in this action at 9:00 O'clock a.m. on the 6th day of August, 2013, in the Chancery courtroom of the Union County Chancery Court at New Albany, Mississippi, and in case of your failure to appear and defend a judgment will be entered for the money or other things demanded in the complaint or petition.
