Blue Springs to choose planning commission
Now that the Town of Blue Springs has adopted the comprehensive plan and zoning ordinances and has annexed, Mike Slaughter, urban planning consultant for Oxford-based Slaughter and Associates, suggested that the board accomplish three more things to move them further along.
