Anderson talks to Blue Springs board about police needs

Verona Police Department Chief Anthony Anderson, the newly hired part-time police officer in the Town of Blue Springs, came to talk to the Blue Springs Board of Aldermen Tuesday night.

The board members had a list of questions to ask him and he also told them what to do step-by-step until the town gets to the point of having police presence.

One of the questions that the board had was the ability for Blue Springs to apply for grants and get approved for grants.
